Prior to starting these companies, Mr. Hays held senior network engineer positions with multiple companies in Fortune 500 level companies and small businesses. Bringing 19+ years of networking experience and emphasizing integrity and customers first defines ITQ's dedication.

Prior to starting these companies, Ms. Hays held sales and marketing positions with an international manufacturer. Utilizing her sales and marketing background and increasing her information technology awareness sets the direction of training and adaptation. 

Manages office processes, bids & proposals review, and remote administration of customers networks when needed. Research and troubleshoots customer issues. Attention to detail and follow-through are her biggest strengths.
